| Terms and Conditions: 1. Items would be sold to the buyer who places his/her order with us first(via order form or email). 2. Kindly make payment within 3 days upon receipt of confirmation email 3. Payment to be made via preferred payment mode which will be stated in the confirmation email 4. Items will be up for sale again if payment is not received after 3 days when confirmation email is sent 5. FashioNear will not be liable for any damaged or lost items in the process of delivery 6. Items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable after confirmation is sent out 7. No dead buyers 8. No meet-ups 9.
